Professional Information
Dr. Gayle Bradshaw is a Periodontal Surgeon of dental implants and a Diplomate of American Board of Periodontology. She has given hundreds of people a new smile and a new life by replacing missing teeth with dental implants. People who were formerly required to wear uncomfortable and objectionable dental appliances have discovered a new freedom and joy in being able to eat without embarrassing accidents and to speak and sing as they did years before.
Dr. Bradshaw is an acknowledged expert in dental implantation. She has been practicing in The Woodlands since 1998 and recently opened her own office at 10110 Woodlands Parkway. Her patients love her because she demonstrates a genuine concern for them as well as an obvious love for her work.
Her love of dentistry began at age 15 when she worked as a dental assistant. She practiced as a dental hygienist while attending college, and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1984 from The University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Dental School. Dr. Bradshaw and her family moved to Houston to complete her Masters Degree in periodontal surgery at The University of Texas Dental Branch where she completed her studies in 1998. In 2000, she earned her Board Certification from the American Board of Periodontology.
Dr. Bradshaw has over 12 years experience placing dental implants. She began as a senior dental student participating in special training for implant surgery and restoration. Her implant training continued through her surgical residency and includes many hours of continuing education. Her graduation from the prestigious Misch Institute of Advanced Implant Studies places her among the most skilled and knowledgeable leaders in implant dentistry. Dr. Bradshaw will receive her Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Bradshaw believes in "giving back" to her profession. She has been honored to teach as an associate professor at both UTHSC San Antonio and UTDB Houston Dental Schools. She has served as president of the Greater Houston Society of Periodontists, was founder and president of the Women of the Woodlands Dental Study Club, and continues to hold office in the Brazos Valley District Dental Society. In an interview, Dr. Bradshaw said, "It is rare that one individual is so blessed to fulfill their life-long dream as I have. I truly love my profession and am committed to excellence in patient care and continuing education."
Dr. Bradshaw serves the entire northwest and north Houston area, including Tomball, Magnolia, and Conroe, from her office in The Woodlands. Please call our office today (281-419-4655) for an initial visit.
