Dr. Gayle Bradshaw, DDS, MS
Dr. Gayle Bradshaw is a periodontal surgeon with extensive training and experience in dental implants. She has given thousands of people a new smile and a new life by replacing missing teeth with dental implants.
People who were formerly required to wear uncomfortable and objectionable dental appliances have discovered a new freedom and joy in being able to eat without embarrassing accidents and to speak and sing as they did years before.
Education
Her love of dentistry began at age 15 when she worked as a dental assistant. She practiced as a dental hygienist while attending college, and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1994 from The University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Dental School.
Dr. Bradshaw and her family moved to Houston to complete her Masters Degree in periodontal surgery at The University of Texas Dental Branch, where she completed her studies in 1998.

Meet Dr. Stavros Sofos, DDS, MS
Dr. Stavros Sofos brings a wealth of experience in periodontics and dental implants, delivering expert care with a patient-first approach. After obtaining his Dental Degree in his home country, Dr. Sofos engaged in a Master’s Degree in Oral Surgery and Oral Implantology at the University of Barcelona in Spain. He then completed an intensive Periodontics residency at Nova Southeastern University (NSU), where he served as Chief Resident in his third year. Following residency, Dr. Sofos became a faculty member at NSU, teaching both pre- and post-graduate students while maintaining faculty practice.
After three years at NSU, Dr. Sofos transitioned to private practice in Virginia Beach before moving to The Woodlands, Texas, where he and his wife found an incredible opportunity to join Dr. Bradshaw in the delivery of exceptional periodontal and implant care. With a commitment to precision, innovation, and personalized treatment, Dr. Sofos is dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting oral health and confident smiles.
Outside the office, Dr. Sofos loves traveling, cooking (mostly eating), and spending time with his wife, Dr. Zambrana- his biggest supporter, trusted colleague, and better half – along with their beloved dog, Sophie.
Meet Dr. Luanna Zambrana, DMD
Dr. Luanna Zambrana is a passionate and dedicated periodontist who believes in combining precision with personal touch to provide the best care for her patients. She earned her dental degree from the University of Puerto Rico, where her love for dentistry and helping others first took root. After dental school, she pursued a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Hospital in New York, where she gained invaluable experience in advanced dental procedures and patient care, further strengthening her surgical expertise.
Eager to specialize, she completed a Periodontics residency at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) – a journey that not only deepened her skills in gum health, implants, and regenerative procedures but also led her to meet her husband, Dr. Stavros Sofos. Together, they shared years of training, learning, and growing, both as periodontists and as partners in life.
After residency, Dr. Zambrana built her reputation in private practice, quickly becoming known for her gentle approach, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to creating healthy, confident smiles. Now, she and Dr. Sofos have made The Woodlands, Texas their home, where they are thrilled to be part of an incredible team dedicated to high-quality periodontal and implant care.
Outside of work, Dr. Zambrana loves traveling, staying active, and enjoying great food—whether she’s cooking or simply tasting! Most of all, she cherishes spending time with Dr. Sofos and their beloved dog, Sophie.
